We sometimes see the need for having zones with both no parking rule and a cap for maximum vehicles. However, this is not possible due to data standard (MDS) issues. But there is a workaround!
The workaround is simple and perhaps very obvious: Create two identical zones!
Start by creating a new zone (or select an existing one).
Make sure this zone has the No parking rule.
Then click the menu icon in the top right corner in the zone box, and select "Export GeoJSON". This lets you save the data file that describes the zone polygon (or circle) to your computer.

Create a new zone, and in the zone creating menu, select "Upload GeoJSON file". Select the file you saved in the previous step. Turn on the "Max vehicle" cap, and save the zone.
Now you have to identical zones on top of each other, one with the No parking rule, and the other with the max vehicle count limit rule.
Use right-click to select the desired zone of overlapping zones, in the map.
