Harald has been working on innovative solutions for the public and private sector since 2001. Before founding Nivel he was a Smart City Adviser to the city of Stavanger in Norway. He has also served as a board member for Kolumbus, the public transportation administration (PTA) of the Rogaland county in Norway, and has extensive experience from both sides of the table in public procurement processes. Sven has been in the digital product development space for almost two decades, both as a product designer and product lead, and brings extensive experience to Nivel as head of product. Marcin is a backend engineer specializing in clean architecture and scalable system design. With a background that spans programmer, Delivery Manager and Product Owner roles, he combines hands-on technical expertise with a strategic understanding of how products evolve and succeed. He has delivered solutions across diverse industries including AdTech, Industry 4.0 and shared mobility, translating complex business needs into robust, maintainable software. Marcin enjoys designing efficient systems, unblocking teams with practical guidance and ensuring engineering decisions support long-term product goals. Outside of work, he is a dedicated martial artist — a 4th-dan Aikido instructor who runs his own dojo where he applies the same focus and discipline that guide his work in tech. marcin@nivel.no

Maroof specializes in Nivel's spatial analytics and data infrastructure. He transforms raw data into actionable insights through advanced geospatial analysis and data pipeline optimization, ensuring reliable, real-time insights into shared mobility services. Maroof holds a Master's in Data Science from the University of Stavanger, where his thesis explored limiting hallucinations in large language models using knowledge graphs - research conducted in partnership with Laerdal Medical. He brings a strong technical foundation spanning data science, machine learning, cloud platforms, and computer vision, complemented by leadership experience as former President of the Erasmus Student Network. Based in Stavanger, Maroof takes full advantage of the region's stunning natural landscapes through hiking and has recently taken up climbing. When not optimizing data pipelines or analyzing mobility patterns, you'll find him exploring mountain trails or learning new routes on the rock face. maroof@nivel.no

Braedon develops Nivel’s analytics products and the data back-end to support them. He brings extensive experience working for private and public mobility projects in the US, Asia and Europe and hopes to make shared mobility convenient, accessible and unobtrusive for all. Braedon is based in Tokyo - taking full advantage of the city’s ultra-convenience while enjoying the beautiful nature just a stones throw away. His recent hobbies include sports yabusame (competitive horseback archery), going to hot springs and travelling with his wife and two children.
