City users and operators can monitor and manage parking reports, overflow alerts directly from the regulation view.

Reviewing parking reports: When clicking on a report in the list or map you get more details about the reports. If it is still active, an operator has the option to manually set it as Fixed, when it has been physically resolved. The report can also be rejected, as some public users report vehicles that are not necessarily poorly parked. If the issue is to be resolved later, the operator can set it as Will do.
This view is also optimised for mobile screens, to be used by e.g. street patrols.

Automated fixes: A parking report will automatically be marked as Fixed if an MDS-event has occurred. This means that if the vehicle in question is being moved by e.g a user starting a new trip, the parking report is automatically resolved.

Overflow alerts: When selecting an overflow alert. You can see more details about the current situation. In this example the parking area has 12 vehicles on a area with a capacity of 8. With two operators in the city, their share is 4 in this area. Voi has to remove one vehicle to get down to their share.
These alerts will be automatically resolved when vehicles are being removed, either by operators removing them or by users going on new trips.

In the Analytics section you can, in the Poor Parking tab, monitor number of reports, reports per vehicle, per operator and their respective response times. In the Parking area tab you can monitor utlisation of the areas, including median response time for operators.
