Automatic vehicle reporting
For No parking and Driving forbidden zones, you can enable automatic reporting of parked vehicles.
To turn on the feature, click on the pencil icon on the right hand side of the "Automatic vehicle reporting" line.
We apply a detection buffer of 15 meters as default. The buffer takes the inherent gps inaccuracy of the vehicles into account, and makes sure only vehicles that really are inside the zone is reported. The buffer can be seen as a dotted line inside the zone borders.
This gps inaccuracy is also why we have disabled automatic vehicle reporting for very small zones (smaller than approximately 15x15 meters).
Automatically reported vehicles will appear in the alerts list, together with other poor parking reports.
