Task Manager
Once a citizen submits a report through the Poor Parking App the scooter operator sees it in the Task Manager.
The Nivel regulation system detects when a parking area has exceeded its maximum capacity. Scooter operators are then prompted to remove some vehicles.
Parking area prompts and parking reports can be marked as fixed, rejected or started.
Through the Parking Report API operators can also integrate the reports and alerts directly with their own operations systems.
